Playdate with Elizabeth

We haven't added to our blog in a long time! This morning Maren had a playdate - our friends Abby and Milt brought their daughter, Elizabeth, to our house and we stayed inside on a rainy day. I first met Abby and Elizabeth in a Moms-n-Babies group when our daughters were just little babies - they have definitely grown so much!

Only 8 more weeks until our due date for "Shrimp" #2. We have an appointment with our midwife tomorrow afternoon, but so far everything is normal and proceeding as planned. The appointments certainly are different this time around, with a toddler in tow. Maren likes to help measure my tummy and listen to the baby's heartbeat. It's nice to feel more relaxed and not have the worries and uncertainties we had as first-timers. We definitely need to take more pictures of my growing belly and post them soon.
